Product Description:
When building your own test fixture or custom probe station this buiding block will solve your thorniest issue.
Stage assembly supplies X-Y and fine theta adjustments. Chuck will hold down device under test through vacuum. Pattern supports 8", 6", 4" wafers. Vacuum pump will be needed and is not included in this offer.

Shipping Information:
Stage/chuck is quite heavy and shipping by UPS is cost efficient.
We will supply you with tracking information.
A printed invoice is either included with the shipment or will be mailed later. Please refer to the invoice number if you have a question or run into a problem with the item.
Accelerated shipping by air is available but wil drive up cost a lot. Please contact us.
