Disposable probe tips for wafer testing, tungsten with tip Gold plated, 10 micron tip radius (20 micron tip diameter), 20 Mil Shank X 1.25" (32 mm) length. Box with 10 tips. Click here for more probe station accessories. If you are in Europe use our sites in England, Belgium, Germany (in deutsch). Sites in Australia and India cater to the Asian markets. With all sites you can alternatively pay in local currency.

Product Description:
Tips are for use in most standard commercial micropositioners + probe holders for probing integrated circuits, pads, or lines.
Some manufacturers specify tip diameter, others prefer tip radius. There is simply a 2 to 1 relationship between both.
Payment Information:
Our Shopping Cart supports Moneybookers, credit cards (MC/Visa/DC/Amex), PayPal. In addition you can pay by check or Money Order, these need to have US routing information. Bank transfer is another option, minimum order size $600. Then please select Money Order and put Bank Transfer into the 'Special Instructions' field. We will respond, after verification of your data, by sending you banking information.
The COD option adds $9 currently and is only available for UPS shipments inside the US, total is limited to $300.
You can combine multiple items into one shipment and payment.
Please use the 'Special Instructions' field of our cart to tell us about your needs like accelerated shipping or other special considerations you might have. If needed we can send you a customized shipping proposal.

PayPal:
We accept PayPal from confirmed addresses only, no exceptions. Alternatively you can supply additional information to allow confirmation. Your shipping address needs to match the confirmed address.
If you are outside the US: PayPal is not automatically enabled to receive payments. You will need to contact us. If your address turns out to be unconfirmed then we will need your cooperation to do the work PayPal didn't do.
 Card Billing Address needs to match shipping address. Or you will need to add an additional address to your card.
There will be 6.75% sales tax to all shipping addresses inside Texas.Warranty:
This is considered a consumable, warranty doesn't cover wear and damage from using the tips.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico:
Shipping by Priority Mail is very attractive, compared to UPS or Fedex. The US Postal Service considers Puerto Rico to be part of the US for shipping calculation.
So the country is US and Puerto Rico is not listed as state, just select any state and put in the correct ZIP. You will get a calculation for Priority Mail and Fedex Priority.
Or otherwise select Puerto Rico as country, leave state blank and you get Fedex Economy as rate to Puerto Rico.

Canada:
Tracking is fully supported with Priority Mail. So you can use this low cost option when paying with credit card or PayPal.
Locations outside US and Canada:
Express Mail will be your lowest cost option on payment with credit card or PayPal.

Flat Rate envelope or box is then an option for this low weight and
height package. Total shipping will be $15.00 including insurance. Up
to 8 or 12 probe tip packages can be shipped this way. Just put Flat Rate into the 'Special Instructions' field and we will check if the order is compatible with selected parts. If parts can be fit the shipping will be adjusted.
Checks or Money Orders from outside the US need to have a US routing number. A clearing period applies to all checks and foreign money orders.

We will supply you with a confirmation or tracking number.
A printed invoice is either included with the shipment or will be mailed later. Please refer to the invoice number if you have a question or run into a problem with the item.
Accelerated shipping by air is available but will drive up cost. Please contact us.
