Probe Station kit for use with 150 mm / 6" wafers, Meiji Techno FU-1000 based compound microscope , 1 pair of large 1 µm micropositioners, probe holders, and 1 box of probe tips.

Product Description:
This Probe Station is well suited for advanced measurements. It offers most of the capabilities of larger units. A 200 mm / 8" version is available, too.

Included in kit are 2 each large 1 µm accuracy positioners, plain probeholders, and a box of tungsten tips. Illumination is by fiberoptic light source with 910 mm / 36" light guide (1.5m/60" optional).
Also included are 5X and 20X LWD objectives.

Mitutoyo's Finescope FS70 is the industry standard but carries a pretty significant price.
Motic's PSM-1000 is somewhat lower cost and offers easy switching between visible and laser operation.
Meiji Techno FU-1000 based scope offers performance comparable to PSM-1000 at about half the cost

Station is quite heavy and shipping by UPS is cost efficient.
We will supply you with tracking information.
A printed invoice is either included with the shipment or will be mailed later. Please refer to the invoice number if you have a question or run into a problem with the item.
Accelerated shipping by air is available but will drive up cost a lot. Please contact us.
